Join us on 27 May 2021 to explore how Ealing’s existing housing stock can be improved to use less energy, cut carbon emissions and save costs. Hear about quick wins which will bring about the biggest energy savings with the least financial outlay such as energy-efficient light bulbs and loft insulation, as well as solutions like low carbon heating.
Among the speakers at the event will be Jurgen Huber and Dora Varszegi, both Ealing residents who have undertaken extensive retrofits of their homes. You can also hear from Russell Smith from Retrofit Works. Retrofit are a not-for-profit cooperative offering their services at the lowest possible cost, with the aim of lowering energy bills, creating healthy homes and working towards a target of Net Zero.
You will also have an opportunity to hear more about The West London Green Homes Grant – Local Authority Scheme. More information about the scheme is available here. Registration for the event, as well as further details of the evening, are available on the Eventbrite page here.
