Mindfood is an Ealing based charity that supports people with depression, anxiety and stress to improve their wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness and horticulture.
Mindfood are offering a free 6-session course to help with stress, anxiety and depression – grow food to improve your mood, and try mindfulness techniques too.
This free 6 session ‘Growing Wellbeing’ course aimed at supporting people who are experiencing stress, anxiety or low mood to improve their wellbeing. The sessions are designed to be a fun balance of learning how to grow food, reconnect with nature – and you’ll pick up tips and techniques to improve your wellbeing too!

Over the 6 weeks we will discuss, explore and practice:
Self Reflection, Mindfulness, Planning Wellbeing, How food effects our mood and the 5 ways to wellbeing
Since coming to MindFood, Growing Wellbeing participants agreed or strongly agreed that:
