Monthly Bird Walk and Survey @ Walpole Park (18th September)

Join the Parks team for a walk around Walpole Park to spot and count the bird species in the park. This is a brilliant opportunity to discover the rich biodiversity that we have on our doorstep in Ealing, whilst assisting with important work to establish the number and different types of birds that reside in our parks.

You will need a pen if you want to record the species, and if you have binoculars that would be useful, but not essential.

No prior experience required. The regulars are a friendly bunch and happy to share their knowledge.

The walk takes just over an hour and the group meets at 8am by the café kiosk at in Walpole Park, off Ealing Green, W5 5EH.

There is no need to book, just turn up.

From April to October inclusive, we meet at 8am to start the walk. From November – March, we meet at 8.30am to start.
