The route is mainly flat, with occasional bridges over a canal/railway/motorway/river/etc. Distance is about 64km/40 miles (compared with around 40km/25 miles on a Leisurely Ride). Speed on the flat will be about 16-19km per hour/10 to 12 miles per hour (compared with around 12km/8 miles per hour on a Leisurely Ride). You need to be of reasonable fitness to complete this ride

ECC recommend that if you do not wish to eat at a cafe/pub in Windsor, bring a packed lunch with you.

You must register for this ride, do so by clicking here.

Take a look at other opportunities to get involved in eco action in Ealing for September, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved!
