Easter Nature Events at Boston Manor Park

There are amazing nature events organised for Boston Manor Park over the Easter Break. Whatever your interests, your are sure to find something.

Easter Activities

Easter Holidays (all free):

Week 1:

Nightlife in the Park, Monday, 3 April, 2-3pm (and a bat walk at 7:30pm with detectors): Come and learn about the creatures that come out at night, and do some fun activities in the process! Meet at Park Hub for day-time session and on the lawn by the lake for the evening bat walk.

Create a new canal-side path, Tuesday, 4 April, 10:30am-12:30pm: All ages welcome, gloves and equipment provided. Meet at Park Hub then we will head down to the lower meadow by the canal. Join us there if you are late.

Make a mosaic for Boston Manor Park, Wednesday, 5 April, 10:30am- 12:30pm: Aimed at children over 8 years old. Meet at Park Hub. Please email to confirm your place bostonmanorpark@hounslow.gov.uk

Spring gardening session, Thursday, 6 April, 2-3pm Plant up a pretty pot of spring flowers, aimed at ages over 6 years. Meet at Park Hub.

Storytelling performances by storyteller Creeping Toad, Friday, 7 April (final details to be confirmed in our Easter poster): 10:30am – Performance for all, 2pm – Performance and session specifically for SEND and neuro-divergent children.

Week 2:

Toddler Spring Woodland Adventure session, Wednesday, 12 April, 10am-11:15am: For our youngest park visitors (under 5s) and their carer/parent. No booking required. Meet at Park Hub.

Guided Nature Walk with Vanessa, Park Manager, Sunday, 16 April, 11am-12pm: Join Vanessa for a nature walk aimed at the whole family, learn a bit about the wildlife that lives in the park and the trees and habitats that make that possible. No booking required, meet by the wooden QEII crown sculpture on the main lawn.
