London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone 2023 expansion

From 29 August 2023, to help clear London's air, the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) expanded across all London boroughs, see TFL ULEZ expansion. Nine of ten cars will be able to drive for free, see ULEZ compliance data. Plus if you walk, scoot, cycle, hire an e-scooter or take public transport you won’t need to make any changes.
