The Green School Network

A free network for school eco-leads to learn, discover and benefit from experts in sustainability

How it began

In 2021, ActForEaling was invited to talk to governors about sustainability in Ealing schools. From this one event, a collaboration between ActForEaling and the Ealing Health Improvement Team was born. Today, the Green School Network has a membership of over 50 Ealing schools.

The Green School Network has launched initiatives that have led to energy saving measures, new compost infrastructure, green grant applications, sustainable fashion workshops and more. At the heart of every success story has been an incredible school staff member who has gone above and beyond due to their passion for a greener future for the young people in their school.
