Ride London

On Sunday, 29 May the Ride London Freecycle is happening, where eight miles of roads in central London are closed to motor traffic.

RideLondon FreeCycle is the ultimate ride for cyclists of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Set on a new, traffic-free eight-mile route, the event is a unique opportunity to explore central London by bike on Sunday 29 May – and it’s completely free to take part!

Ealing Cycling Campaign is leading a marshalled ride to and from the event. The feeder ride will assemble at Ealing Town Hall from 8.45am for a 9am departure.

Novice cyclists and families with children are especially welcome. It will be a quiet route into London, supported by a group of trained and experienced marshals, into Central London.

There in central London you will be free to explore the wonderful eight miles traffic-free route around the centre of London at your own pace, stopping off to visit places of interest, have lunch, visit the Cycling Festival sites en route.

You can make your own way home whenever you want. Or an Ealing Cycling campaign led ride back to Ealing will leave from an agreed location at 4pm.
