Ealing Council has added another 44 sites across the borough which will have new charging points for electric cars. Ealing will now have a total of 83 points for drivers to make the switch to electric and decrease air pollution. Petrol and diesel vehicles are the biggest avoidable cause of dirty air in the borough. Ealing Council has agreed air quality aims to reduce the use of these vehicles as part of our commitment to clean air and net zero carbon. The network will expand across the borough to ensure that every resident has convenient access to an Electric Vehicle Charging Point (EVCP) within a ten-minute walking distance.
