As part of Ealing Climate Week, join Ealing Council for a free advice energy efficiency session on 25th September from 4 pm to 7 pm in Ealing Broadway. This includes improving insulation in your home and installing green technologies such as heat pumps, batteries and solar panels. If you have been thinking about reducing your energy use or switching your heating system but felt you needed to know more, then this is the event for you!
We want to make it easy to go green, help your home become energy efficient and sustainable. Ealing Council team will be on hand to discuss your questions. You can also discuss the key energy efficiency improvements are that you as a homeowner can make, and where planning permission is and isn’t required. So come along on Thursday 25 September and how to make your house more sustainable.
What to you will find out at the event:
- Discuss of what the key retrofit measures are that will reduce the energy use and carbon emissions of your home.
- Tips and general advice on what you can do without planning permission and where permission is required.
- Meet MCS certified local installers who work in the borough. Note: Ealing council cannot recommend specific installers and advise that you do your own research to inform a decision about which company to use.
- A space to meet other people who are interested in retrofitting their homes and green technologies.
