Do you have a collection of fabrics that have memories or stories associated with them? Learn how to recycle fabrics using Kantha Stitch.
Kantha is a style of stitching found in Indian embroidery. Traditionally Bengali women layered together old discarded clothing with the simple kantha style stitching to make a bedspread or bed cushion. They repurposed the old into something useful and protective.
