Boston Manor Park – Christmas Wildlife Events

Boston Manor Park has some amazing wildlife and outdoor themed events planned for adults and children over Christmas 2022, including story telling, craft activities, walks and mosaics. All are free. Information about future events is available on the events home page here:

Sunday 18 December: Christmas Fun for everyone

2.00-2.30 Storytelling with local author: Joanne Gilbert from Wild Chiswick reads her story about a hedgehog called Snout. (Under the Cedar Tree on the main lawn.)

2.30-3.30 Historical tour of Boston Manor Park grounds with local historian Janet MacNamara. (Aimed at adults)

3.00-4.00 Natural Christmas craft activities- make some new decorations (Park Hub building opposite play area).

Monday 19 December: Christmas Fun for families

2.00-2.30 Storytelling with local author: Lucy Noguera from Brilliant Monsters reads her story about a hermit crab called Herman. (Under the Cedar Tree on the main lawn.)

2.30-3.30 Natural Christmas craft activities- make some new decorations (Park Hub building opposite play area)

Tuesday 20 Dec Mosaic Making and Winter Walk

10.00-12.00 Make a beautiful mosaic for your house or garden. Grouting demonstration at end. Aimed at secondary age and above, free, but sign up in advance essential by emailing bostonmanorpark@hounslow.gov.uk

2.00-3.00 Winter Wellbeing Family Walk: Explore the park, discover it’s wildlife, and enjoy nature. (Suitable for the whole family). No sign up needed. Meet by Cedar Tree on main lawn.
