Bring a picnic and explore the improved towpath on Southall Wellbeing Way this July.
The Southall Grand Union Canal Wellbeing Way is a green corridor that wraps around Southall, allowing local people to step away from the urban streets and connect with nature. More information about The Southall Wellbeing Way project can be found here.
On Thursday 13th July, the team will be hosting an afternoon of free activities for all to enjoy. Take part in some free wellbeing activities, see the community garden designs, explore the programme of wellbeing activities on offer this summer, relax and enjoy the wellbeing benefits of being by the water. Free activities (may be subject to change) include:
- Bird box making
- On the water fun (either boat trips or kayaking)
- Wellbeing activities (yoga, movement and mindfulness),
- A treasure hunt
- Seed planting
- Dr Bike

Please bring some food for your picnic (samosas and cupcakes will be provided).
