Growing herbs, fruit and veg is possible with a small outside space, a balcony or even a
windowsill. Growing is good for your body, mind and health – and can save you money! Join us at Boston Manor Park, Boston Manor Road, TW8 9JU & learn how to grow!

Growing food for beginners: herbs, fruit and vegetables, Saturday 23 September, 11.30-1pm

During the Session you will:

  • Have a guided tour of the Walled Garden and Service Yard growing areas
  • Find out what you can grow and where – simple ideas for your space, tastes & budget
  • Learn what’s good to eat now and what can we grow now to eat later
  • Plant some seeds to take away
  • Try some herbs and make a herbal tea
  • Fruit and veg harvesting (depending on availability) – ideas for using the produce
