82% of Londoners are concerned about climate change.
Many of us are acting to do something about it here in the borough of Ealing. Some of us are great at recycling, but others could do more. “Don’t be that person. Recycle.” celebrates all of us who are recycling, and give a little nudge to those who could be doing more. From the pollution produced by landfills to the devastating effects of plastic in our oceans, we urgently need to stem the flow of rubbish pouring into our environment. Remember, recycling alone won’t change the world, but it’s a vital step we can all take to protect our environment.

In Ealing, our doorstep collection is processed by West London Waste and here’s a guide on where your waste goes. With a recycling rate of 48 percent and Ealing at number 6 compared to other London boroughs we are doing well but there is room for improvement with 11 other councils in England with recycle rates over 60%.
