MarketW3 in Acton has put together 12 things you can do to have a sustainable Christmas and New Year. All of the tips are from organisations and businesses that have come along to their monthly Reduce and Recycle Hub which runs on the first Saturday of the month. MarketW3 are posting daily on Instagram and Facebook their tips.
The hub will be having one last appearance at the Ealing Broadway charity hut in their Christmas Market on Wednesday 20th December. Come along and find out more. Then the Reduce and Recycle hub will be back on and will be back on 4th February at Acton Market.
The Reduce and Recycle hub on the first Saturday each month is a lottery funded project and the aim for this monthly event is to help local residents Reduce waste and Recycle more. At the hub they want to encourage residents to think about what they consume, and start holding onto items for as longer, reduce how much they waste, reuse items more and when they no longer need them, recycle them.
