On Sunday 1st September 2024 The Brentford Festival 2024 will be taking over Blondin park with their fun and games, entertaining family and friends. Held on the first Sunday in September annually in Blondin Park, this popular event is free to enter and is a brilliant community day for all the family.
Charities and local businesses will be showcasing and promoting their charities to the general public. The groups have an opportunity to fundraise and promote their aims, as well as raise public awareness of the facilities offered within local parks in the Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow with particular emphasis, on Blondin Park. This is a free event so pop by and support local charities and enjoy some live performances.

Ealing Friends of the Earth, one of ActforEaling partners will be present on Sunday 1st September 2024 between 12.00 noon and 6.00 pm. Friends of the Earth volunteers will be have a pollution monitor information on Climate change and actions you can take to protect our planet and health.

Visitors to the festival are invited to visit the many eateries, take refreshment and to try out new activities. With a live stage there will be live entertainment from local musicians and performers. Plus great activities including:
- Petting zoo
- Dog show
- Classic vehicles display
- Royal Horticultural Society workshops
Organised and run by a team of volunteers, all profits from each festival are invested into the next year’s events. The festival has grown into a major community event in West London with visitors growing with over 10,000 visitors.
