We’re thrilled that the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) will be joining us for Ealing Climate Week! Meet the RSPB on 26 September at Ealing Central Library between 2 pm and 4 pm.
The RSPB is the UK’s biggest nature conservation charity. For over 100 years they’ve been championing birds, wildlife, and the habitats they call home. Doing this with hands-on conservation projects to managing stunning nature reserves and pushing for nature-friendly policies. They have achieved some incredible wins for the planet, including:
- Persuading Parliament to ban bird plumage in fashion
- Bringing the beautiful Bittern back from the brink in the UK
- Protecting marine life by ending industrial sandeel fishing in key UK waters
And they’re not stopping there.
On 26th September, the RSPB team will be live at Ealing Climate Week. They ready to answer your wildlife questions, share tips on how to make your garden or balcony a haven for nature. They will inspire you to enjoy and protect the amazing wildlife right on our doorstep.
Whether you’re a seasoned birdwatcher or just curious about the wildlife around you, this is your chance to meet the RSPB experts. You will hear their stories, and discover how you can be part of this nationwide movement for nature.
Find out more about the RSPB’s incredible work and how to get involved.
