ActForEaling is holding a mixer event during Ealing Climate Action week in September to celebrate Ealing’s green spaces, parks, allotments and wetlands.
Join us on Sunday, 20th September 2026, between 2.30 to 5.00pm at the Pear Tree Park Bistro for an exciting schedule of events and discussions. Pear Tree Park and the Pear Tree Park Bistro are fantastic locations and we’re really excited about the opportunity to bring people together to catch up and swap inspiration and ideas on supporting wildlife and wild spaces in Ealing.
During the afternoon, there will be a light schedule of activities, alongside opportunities for conversation, speeches, and swapping ideas. Food and refreshments will be provided. We are also planning for speeches from members of the community and council about the proposals for the park, and other related initiatives. Let us know if you would like to attend by registering here at the Ealing Climate Week Website.

Pear Tree Park and the Pear Tree Park Bistro
Pear Tree Park was opened in July 2024, and covers the approximately 49 acres of a former 9-hole golf course adjacent to Perivale Park. It is part of the Brent River Park (the Brent River runs along its southern edge) and is planned to incorporate wetlands and a pear orchard, as well as being part of the future Regional Park for Ealing.
The Pear Tree Park Bistro is run by Diana and Paolo, and offers refreshments, food, and even a piano room in honour of local rock pianist Nicky Hopkins.

What to expect?
ActForEaling is a coalition of nature & climate groups, and we want to get people together from our different partner organisations in a relaxed environment to share stories, enthusiasm, information and ideas. It’s also a great opportunity for anyone who cares about nature or climate and has been asking: how do I get involved?
Come along if you’d like to:
- Enjoy an afternoon of activities, stalls, food and refreshments with other people engaged in nature & climate activity
- Meet members of the ActForEaling steering group and hear about our latest news and plans for energising climate action in and around Ealing.
- Meet ActForEaling partners, and learn directly about some of the great work already happening in Ealing borough.
- Learn about plans for the West London Regional Park
You can see a list of ActForEaling member organisations here. Registration is preferred to help us know numbers, but you can just turn up. You can register here at the Ealing Climate Week website.
