It’s Veganuary!

Veganuary hopes that we will adopt a healthier and more sustainable diet by taking a break from meat and dairy for at least the first month of the year. Perfect for a New Year’s resolution to ease you into 2022!

Coincidentally, Step 4 of ActForEaling’s 10 steps for a greener Ealing is to “Up Your Plant Power”. We have some ideas local to Ealing to get you started, or you can check out the comprehensive list of suggestions on Veganuary’s website here. They have hundreds of recipes, and loads of useful tips in case you are feeling daunted by it all!

If that’s all a bit too much, why not just commit to MeatFreeMondays, a way to permanently reduce your meat consumption and impact on the environment. MeatFreeMonday have a great list of reasons why what we choose to eat matters!
