Open Havelock are holding events to co-design your Green spaces in and around Havelock with fun and interactive sessions for children and families. Fun activities will include Zumba and Bhangra dancing being hosted by the Let’s Go Southall team.
Peabody Housing Association in partnership with Ealing Council are delivering a series of events, from community fun-days and summer activities for the neighbourhood to training and employment opportunities and support for people to live healthier lifestyles.
Join Open Havelock to design the Green Spaces around the area on Saturday November 25th from 12-3pm. Come along to Willowbrook North, Southall UB2 4RQ and Willowbrook South, Southall UB2 4RH.
Activities on the Saturday 24 November include:
- ‘Meet the Architect’ and help to Codesign Green spaces
- Build bird and bat boxes
- Arts and crafts
- Gentle exercises

Southall Wellbeing Way Project
Southall Wellbeing Way Project nearby is led by Canal and Rivers’ Trust, are also running fun activities and workshops such as habitat-building workshops, outdoor play and litter picks. The Southall Grand Union Canal Wellbeing Way is a green corridor that wraps around Southall, allowing local people to step away from the urban streets and connect with nature.
