Do you find joy in the great outdoors and have a couple of spare hours to spare? Come and be part of the vibrant gardening community at Walpole Park and join in with their gardening sessions.
Every Wednesday and Thursday, you can volunteer for gardening sessions to nurture the green heart of Walpole Park. It’s a fantastic opportunity to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and make a positive impact on our beloved green space.

What will be provided at the gardening sessions:
- Gloves and tools
- You need to be reasonably mobile as you will be walking and some tasks involve bending, for example weeding.
- Wear clothes suitable for gardening and the weather and if you have sturdy shoes or boots, these will be the most appropriate footwear for your safety.
