Urban Trailblazers in partnership with London Zoo are hosting gardening workshops in Southall for Ealing’s young adults in Spring 2024. At the heart of Urban Trailblazer mission is the belief that community gardens are not just about plants; they are about people.
By nurturing green spaces, these spaces create opportunities for neighbours to come together, fostering a sense of belonging and shared responsibility. These gardens become living, breathing symbols of community pride and resilience.
Urban Trailblazer CIC is based on Southall, Ealing strives to be a catalyst for positive change, inspiring residents to take an active role in the sustainability of their neighbourhoods. Through the community gardens, they sow the seeds of a brighter, more interconnected future—one where urban areas flourish, not just in concrete and steel, but in the vibrant green tapestry of community gardens that nurture both plants and people alike.
Urban Trailblazers in partnership with London Zoo are hosting workshops for Ealing’s young adults to learn gardening skills and acquire an AQA Qualification in Gardening up to the age of 18 years old. Open to children aged from 7 – 18. Travel and refreshments free on the day.
