For the 2nd time, Park Royal joins London Craft Week with a 3-day Craft & Making festival. With exhibitions, workshops including upcycling, open studios, events, food, family activities, pop-up shows & more!
Following the success of last year’s festival, Park Royal Design District is proud to be back again and join London Craft Week 2024, where visitors can explore a diverse range of disciplines, ranging from traditional craft to cutting edge technology.
Get hands-on at our workshops and learn new skills, hosted by POW (Park Royal Open Workshop) and by the expert makers & designers of Park Royal.


Craft Festival Workshops
Park Royal is a creative space for remakers. There is a variety of workshops with some focusing on upcycling and reuse:
- Rescued Clay with The Martinware Project workshop, Sat, May 18 at 3 pm at Standard Road, London, NW10 6DF. Book and full details
- Ikebana inspired Sustainable Floral Design. Fri 17 May at 1 pm, Sat 18 May at 1 pm. You will explore the art of arranging flowers with sustainable methods using floral frogs. Book and full details
- Uplift and Upcycle Embroidery with Coco WA Workshop, Sat, May 18 • 11:30 am at 41-43 Standard Road, London, NW10 6HF. Book and full details

- Preloved Fabric Printing with Fashtag drop in, Sun 19 MAY, 12-3 pm at POW Workshop Back Room, Standard Road, NW10 6HF. Bring your plain old tees, hoodies, jeans or anything that is either cotton or polyester and lean how to give them a whole new life with a quick and easy heat-transfer print. Full details

Craft Festival activities
Also on over the weekend is a vibrant market featuring makers selling handmade wares will run over 3 days. The market will have a wide array of local craftspeople and makers. Full details of Craft and Food Festival
The Artisanal Intelligence exhibition be open and explores the intersection between new AI technologies and hand-made low-tech craft techniques. There will also be a showcase of traditional Syrian and Lebanese art at Levant Book Café. Further details
