Horsenden Festival of Nature

The second Horsenden Festival of Nature is taking place at Horsenden Farm on Saturday 1 June. This free event is a celebration of nature that seeks to enthuse and encourage the community to engage with nature and learn about the natural environment.

When: 1 June @ 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Where: Horsenden Farm is close walk from Perivale underground station and the 297 bus route. Free street parking is available nearby. Parking on site for the day is restricted to Blue Badge holders and exhibitors.

Throughout the day at Horsenden Festival of Nature there will be activities such as:

  • Forest school makes 
  • Quizzes for all the family to enjoy
  • Talks and excursions to the meadows, hedges and woodlands with our resident experts and volunteers.
  • Local crafters will be selling their wares and conservation groups including Ealing Wildlife Group and Citizen Zoo will be there to answer all your wildlife questions.

Refreshments are also available all day from:

  • Local Beer brewed on the farm from Perivale Brewery. Perivale Brewery is open on Saturdays 10-4 and sells bottles and pints/half pints of farm brewed draught beers.
  • Hot food and a delicious selection of baked goodies from Horsenden Loaf. Open Fridays 11-2, and Saturdays and Sundays 10-4, Horsenden Loaf offers excellent coffee and other hot and cold drinks, home baked sweet and savoury treats, and on Saturdays sourdough loaves.
  • BBQ and home baked cakes, teas and savoury snacks in the Hayloft.

Horsenden is a beautiful nature reserve and thriving community farm in West London. Horsenden farm and the meadows, wetlands, woods and hedgerows are looked after by volunteers. Find out more about volunteering at Horsenden hill.
