The W3 walking and wheeling in Acton centre delivers free activities for the community at Friary Park Community Centre in Acton. The W3 hub is open Thursdays 11am – 2pm and Fridays 2pm – 5pm.

Walking, wheeling or cycling is an everyday way to improve your health, connect with your community and help bring your neighbourhood to life. You breathe in fresh air, you feel a sense of freedom, and you forge stronger connections with your neighbours. Come along to the Walk and Wheel hub on Thursday or Friday to find out more.

Free cycle loan

The Walking and Wheeling Acton centre has bicycles are available to borrow for the activities and there is no need to book. We have a selection of bikes you can borrow children bicycles and folding bicycles, suitable for wide range of sizes. They will be fully adjusted for you to ride on.
