The Energy Efficiency Grant initiative dedicated to boosting energy efficiency in homes across England and is a UK Government fund for Home Upgrade Grade 2 (HUG 2). Furthermore, this grant provides homeowners who qualify with 100% funding for their energy upgrades.
The scheme can fund energy efficiency improvements including:
- wall, loft and floor insulation
- low carbon heating
- solar panels.
The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to support residents who:
- own their home
- have a gross household income of £36,000 per year or less OR live in a certain postcodes
- live in a home with a low energy rating
- live in a home with no gas central heating
- live in a property that is an existing domestic dwelling (rather than a new build or self-built property).
Do you qualify for a grant?
Find out if you are eligible for an Energy Efficiency Grant by heading to www.everwarmgroup.com/gla

- Once your eligibility has been checked, Everwarm (appointed by Greater London Authority (GLA)) will book in a brief survey on your home.
- Everwarm will create a plan to increase the energy efficiency of your home. This will identify the most effective measures to save you energy and reduce your costs.
- If you choose to proceed, works will be completed on your home free of charge this summer (2024).
