Cycling Instructor provide FREE Cycle Training to adults and families that want to learn how to safely cycle together, thanks to Ealing Council cycling training. Completing the form on their page and they will contact you to organise a Cycle Training session for you, your family and friends.
Whether you’re a first-time rider or a regular cyclist looking to improve your skills, Cycling Instructor provide free tailored courses to suit your individual abilities and goals. You will receive free cycle training with a fully qualified instructor who will help you to:
- build skills and gain confidence to navigate around your local area
- improve your cycling skills and confidence
- perfect your cycling techniques
- practice in a safe, off-road environment to refresh your cycling technique
- improve your performance when dealing with complex junctions, heavy traffic or cycling at night

Childrens Holiday Cycle Courses
Children’s holiday cycle courses are also run regularly. These courses are designed to cater for children of differing cycling ability and a range of ages. These are scheduled on set dates at specific locations in the school holidays. See Cycling training to click through when booking for dates.
Free e-bike training
Free Lime e-bike training sessions are available to those aged 18 and above. Sessions are free to attend, and will last up to 2 hours, delivered by Bikeworks Bikeability in partnership with Lime by trained cycle instructors. Lime e-bikes will be provided free of charge for the training session.
Each participant will receive a free Lime helmet to wear (and keep) during the session, and free ride codes so you can continue to ride with Lime. Lime recommends that you wear a helmet whilst riding e-bikes.

The sessions will help you:
- Build confidence to safely use a Lime e-bike
- Understand different geofencing zones and where to park Lime e-bikes to take into consideration other road and pavement users.
- Brush up on your cycling skills
