Join MindFood’s Festive Workshops in December

Join MindFood this December for some festive workshops for creativity and fun! Willow Weaving and Wreath-Making workshops from Mindfood are perfect for getting into the holiday spirit while crafting something unique and beautiful to take home.

These sessions allows for expression and exploration, in which everyone learns, discovers and reflects in a supportive and non-judgemental environment, with a particular focus on process.

Mindfood Naturally Creative Festive Workshops:

At Horsenden Farm, Horsenden Lane North, Perivale, Ealing UB6 7PQ

  • Tuesday, 10th December – 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Friday, 13th December – 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Saturday, 14th December – 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

At Cleveley Crescent Allotments, Ealing, W5 1DZ

  • Friday, 13th December – 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Monday, 16th December – 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

If you’d like to take part in the workshops, please make sure to let Lucy at Mindfood know in advance by contacting her below. They will be able to prepare enough willow branches and greenery for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss out on this fun, festive activity!

 Mindfood is charity here to help for free if you’re struggling with your mental health, or are feeling stressed, depressed or anxious by offering food-growing and creative sessions in natural green settings. Midnfood believe better mental health should be accessible for all. They run 6 days a week at two Ealing gardens.  For those that cant physically join them, they run a MindFood at Home online programme.
