Join a Mother’s Day Crafts session for some mindful crafts and card-making on Wednesday 26th March at the Dig, Hanwell. Held from 10.00 – 3.00 pm. Lunch will be provided.

Craft and connecting to nature is great for your mental health. So come along and give your soul a boost by surrounding yourself with nature and enjoy craft making with others.
Craft can alleviate the symptoms of anxiety, depression, loneliness and even dementia, according to research. Here are some ways in which making can help heal the mind. Craft activities also have a meditative quality due to their repetition, but also require focus and attention, which can provide healthy distraction from other stresses. About the Dig
The Dig is a large green space with an allotment, orchard. It also has inside area. The Dig aims to improve access to fresh, seasonal and home-grown fruit and vegetables. These sessions and The Dig are managed by Cultivate London.
