Come along to Mindfood ‘Grow Some Share Some Day’ on Saturday 30 April at the community garden at Horsenden Farm. Mindfood collects and grows vegetable plants to share with over 30 primary and SEND schools. Please feel free to bring a donations of plants. Last year MindFooders grew over 1000 plants to help local children learn how to grow food. The day is also a celebration of MindFood getting the King’s Award. Richard Kornicki CBE DL, Representative Deputy Lieutenant for the London Borough of Ealing will be there at the event.

About Mindfood
MindFood is based in Ealing, supporting adults who are often socially isolated with their mental health. They teach food-growing, gardening and other mindful nature-based activities from two green sites in Ealing Cleveley Crescent near Hanger Lane tube station and Horsenden Hill near Perivale tube station, and also virtually online. Using the restorative benefits of nature to calm the mind, empowering people to create a lasting difference to their emotional and physical wellbeing in a safe place, free from discrimination.
