Join the Ealing Council climate roadshow this March to share your thoughts and ideas on local climate action and the changing climate. You will learn about the impacts of climate change, and help shape solutions that work for you and your neighbourhood. All sessions are free and informal and there are 5 local workshops in different parts of the borough. Last workshop coming up on Wednesday 28 March in Greenford.
Why take part?
Come along to the workshop as you will be able to share your experiences and learn about the changing climate. For more information on see Consultation on climate adaptation and resilience.
- Share how severe weather is affecting your community or organisation. Sharing your personal experience helps build an accurate picture of how climate change is already being felt across the borough. This will make sure any future plans show real needs.
- Highlight the most urgent actions: knowing which climate issues feel most important to you. This will help to ensure that resources and action go where they will make the biggest difference
- Help shape practical, local solutions: knowing what’s best for your neighbourhood helps to develop effective and realistic solutions that genuinely work for you.
- Build a more equal borough as we all prepare for climate change: some communities may be more exposed to risk or have fewer resources to help. Your thoughts can help make sure that actions being taken are fair and accessible to all, leaving no one behind.
These sessions are hosted by Ealing Council and coordinated with colleagues at Bioregional.
