Ealing GoodGym helps you get fit by doing good.
If you want to get fit this year, join the GoodGym, with the added bonus to do good in your community. The GoodGym a group of runners, walkers, and cyclists who combine regular exercise with helping our Ealing community.
At Ealing Goodgym there are tasks that you can sign up for can be anything from hanging curtains for Mr H because he can’t manage it on his own, to shovelling a compost for the Food Growers Group so they can grow vegetables – every GoodGym session is different. You can sign up to as many tasks as you like.
Good Gym has many sessions you can sign up to. In January for example you can run, walk or cycle to help with:
- Litter pick in Acton Park
- Food shopping for Mr G
- Tea shift at the Soup Kitchen
- Litter pick in Greenford
- Tidy and clear garden for Mrs J
- Acton Junior Park Run
- Walking or running survey between Ealing Broadway and Southall
- Woodchipping parth at Walpole park
- Spread the word of Acton Reduce and Recycle hub

If you are an organisation looking for people to help with a task, then GoodGym can help. GoodGym volunteers love to help out community organisations and charities in their local area. They run to provide free volunteering time for tasks which benefit where they live.
