Boston Manor Park is excited to host Holiday Club designed to offer children an enriching and mindful experience. Over three hours, children will experience a variety of outdoor, nature-related activities that gives a deeper connection with the environment and promote overall well-being. The Boston Manor Holiday Club will blend education, fun, and relaxation. Children attending the Holiday Club will enjoy unique opportunities to learn about nature first-hand. The program features both informative and interactive elements, allowing kids to explore the natural world around them. Activities may include guided nature walks, plant and animal identification, and lessons on environmental conservation.
What’s included in Boston Manor Holiday club
One of the highlights of the Holiday Club will be the laughter taster sessions led by Jess Pickering, a certified Laughter Leader. Known as @lolwithjess on Instagram, Jess brings a wealth of experience in using laughter to improve mental health and foster positive social interactions.
The day have a calming yoga session conducted by Sam from Nature’s Earth. Notably, Sam’s approach to yoga deeply connects to the natural environment, making his sessions particularly suited for an outdoor setting like Boston Manor Park. Also, yoga offers numerous benefits for children, including improved flexibility, concentration, and emotional regulation. Sam’s session will provide a gentle introduction to these practices, helping children to unwind and reflect on their experiences in a peaceful, supportive atmosphere.
The Boston Manor Park Holiday Club promises to be a memorable and impactful experience for all participants. By combining nature education, laughter therapy, and yoga, the program nurtures both the minds and bodies of the children.
