Ealing Climate Week – Mindfood Gardening Events

Mindfood is taking part in Ealing Climate Week with two Mindfood gardening events on 26th September 2025.

An Ealing based charity, Mindfood helps with mental health issues, and feelings of  stress, depression or anxiety, by offering food-growing and creative sessions in natural green settings. They also help improve wellbeing through gardening, mindfulness and creativity.

Courses are based at two beautiful green spaces in Ealing. An allotment plot near Hanger Lane tube station, and in the gardens at Horsenden Farm near Perivale tube station. If you want a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit, veg, herbs and flowers whilst becoming more mindful – Mindfood’s got you!

Mindfood Events

If you know anyone who’s feeling stressed, frazzled or burnt out, MindFood can help. We help people reconnect with nature and their community by teaching the basics of growing food, and sharing evidence-based wellbeing self care tips and techniques like mindfulness.

At our Growing Wellbeing open day, you can have a look around, try your hand at some gardening, and we’ll teach you the 5 ways to wellbeing, which are a great way tool to help nurture better mental health. And you’ll be able to take home some seeds you’ve sown with us so you can watch them grow at home. From small beginnings…🌱🌿😄
